Your first steps toward franchising:
Franchise Blueprint®
We use our trademarked strategic planning process to help you create a franchise business plan that covers franchise fees, royalties, 5‐year financial projections for franchisee and franchisor, a buyer profile, and support structure recommendations.
Franchise Documentation
Next we organize and document everything a franchisee needs to run a successful franchise in a Franchise Manual. This includes a franchise disclosure document, branding guidelines, startup walkthrough, sales and marketing guidelines, daily procedures, training materials, and franchisee/franchisor communication policies and procedures.
Sales, Training, and Support
Finally we help you market, sell and support your franchises. We provide 12 months of coaching and support as you monitor and fine‐tune with your franchisees.
Optional: Our team becomes your fully out‐sourced franchise sales department. We market to potential franchises, handle lead qualification, and help you close deals with franchisees.
