The Proven Process
Your first steps toward franchising:
Discovery & Assessment
Our initial step is to learn more about you and your company. Often, much of this initial discovery is established prior to moving forward together so some of this may sound like a repeat based on our previous conversations. Your goals and vision need to be in line with each other. We want to make sure that your vision lines up with your goals and vice versa.
Recommendation & Implementation
Next, we will prepare a lead generation recommendation which fits your monthly lead generation budget. Based on the decisions you make, the marketing efforts will be implemented and managed by our team.
Follow up & Consultation
A lead follow-up strategy will be implemented to screen, qualify, and discover interested candidates. Our process typically involves an Account Manager internally who will make preliminary calls to then schedule a candidate for a call with a Senior Account Manager. Once the candidate is vetted an introductory call will be scheduled with you or the appropriate person on your team. We will provide you with additional consulting and implementation support during our agreement together.
